How to get scratches off a smooth leather chair?

I’m renting a place with a pretty nice smooth dark leather chair. Despite our efforts to keep the dogs off this chair, they managed to get on it once when we left the house. There’s some very light scratches from their claws - they didn’t actively try to burrow into it or bury a bone under the seat, but in their normal movement their claws left some marks.

Mr. Athena is sure he can get them out, but when I ask him how, he has no answer. Does anyone have any suggestions?

A google search for “surface scratches lether” would have turned up the following link which should solve you problem.

Someone somewhere has a product to rectify almost any problem. All you need is a good search engine and creativity in making the correct inquiry or search term(s).

Yeah, I did searches. I’d like to hear from people who have used a product and can tell me it works.
