How can I make a smilie and have in on tis board, like WallyM7?
Every once in a while an election is held, and we get a new smiley.
I wouldn’t hold my breath for a personalized one, though. I think that was a one-time deal for Wally.

smiley.
The last two smilies added were :smack: and :dubious: They were added through a process by which suggestions were submitted and later voted upon by the membership.
