erislover - as far as I can tell, those fields are still tab-stops, but you would have to tab “backwards” a bunch of times to get to them. From the reply box the tab-order goes to the bottom of the screen, then to the buttons at the top etc… gets to the Options and only then to the post subject and reply text. (Experiment done on Windows 98 and IE 5.5). Changing the tab order is something that I imagine would involve changing the source code, which we are not likely to do.
