After many months of unemployment, I was finally offered and accepted a job. It’s further away than I really wanted to drive, but that’s okay. It’ll just be nice to have money coming in. Now I just have to pass the drug screen and background and reference checks and I’m in. YAY!

Specter** - It’s a credit analyst job, which is what my background is. I’m actually somewhat over-qualified, but they promote heavily from within, andI have no problem with a company wanted to see me work before offering a credit manager’s position, which is what I’ve gone recently.

thursday next - I bought a bag of Wal-Mart’s peanut butter dog treats, which he’ll share. I’ve never found a horse that didn’t love them! What I will be able to do is have him shod. He’s lost all his shoes and his feet are too long, because I haven’t had the money to get him shod. I’ve also not been riding because I haven’t had health nsurance and couldn’t risk an injury.
