Yesterday evening, I got out of the car, at a house that’s at a top of an exposed hill (ie next stop Denmark). And it was cold and windy. I took one breath and thought “snow - there’s snow on the way”. I even wound up their five-year-old, telling her it might snow tommorow. And got disapproving looks from Mum. After all, snow isn’t exactly common around here this early.
It snowed tonight. Only for half-an-hour, after rain, but hey!!! I’ve always claimed that people can predict weather with an uncanny ability, in the location they grew up!! (Some day, I’ll keep a specific record of “That shower is 10 mins / half and hour / an hour away”, and prove me right
