Fuck-almighty, if I was such a monster raving asshole like that, I’d want to top myself too.
However hard it is, you are doing the absolutely right thing. Get rid of those leeches and so-called-friends and find yourself some real buddies. Be prepared to spend a lot of time in your own company for a while. True friends are hard to find and such relationships require a lot of nurturing. DO NOT confuse rescuing with nurturing. Nurturing is a reciprocal function and good friends return the love. You’ll know it when it happens.
Whatever you do, stay the fuck away from the rest of those assholes. I’ve been through the exact same thing many, many times. The friends I have, I treasure and they feel the same way. Now get out and start mingling a bit. Take your time and make sure of people’s motivational structures before you let your hair down with them.
Finally, never-fucking-ever give your master password to any-fucking-body. There is only one person on earth who knows my master password. He is my IT specialist friend and I’ve known him going on FIFTEEN years. The only reason he has it is so that he can notify my email buddy list if anything befalls me.
Now get out there and knock 'em dead. Living well is the best revenge, so having lots of fun is the order of the day.

She was never your friend, she used you because she is mean, and you out of the kindness of your heart let her. Don’t let her anymore, have no contact with her at all, it is clear she knows how to push your sympathy buttons so cut off all connection and communication with her. Once again she was NEVER your friend, so you are losing nothing in cutting her completely out of your life. Also, start doing something you have never done before (somthing social, but it doesn’t matter what) that will be a good place to gain new friends, and when you get a new friend be shure that you can rely on them just as much as they can rely on you.

Holy shit! That’s rough. Well all I can say is karma (both yours and hers) will balance all that shit out in the end. You may never actually see it but someday somewhere she will be at the bottom of the heap of jehovahs while a bunch of cats piss on her while you are smilin’ at the top. I am glad you see it for yourself. You can’t help people who are users and at some point you just have to cut your losses to protect yourself. Go get yourself some real friends who will want to help you succeed not drag you down.
She called me today. Damn it, Its alot easier said than done. I was polite to her on the phone, as Being rude has never been my strong point. She told me how she was sorry and how she would hate for this to ruin our friendship, because we have been together since we were in diapers. I really didn’t have anything to say. I took a leaf out of Lisseners notebook and asked her why she did these things. She told me she didn’t know. First true damn thing that came out her mouth.
I just feel kind of dead about the issue. I am no longer angry with her. Oh how I wish I could stay angry! I am still keeping my distance because I refuse to start the cycle again. I forgive her, but this time I won’t forget.
These people remind me of our neighbor. Our neighbor drinks and its become worse since her sister died recently. She’s supposed to be taking anti-depressants but would rather drink her troubles away. Point is, this woman tends to make up stories when she’s been drinking. One night, she complained about how my SO had shown her a bunch of computer porn. Bullshit. My SO has one picture and it’s the wallpaper on one of her PCs. The next evening, I told her what the neighbor said and the day after that she confronted the neighbor, intending to dissolve their friendship. The neighbor explained away the incident by saying that I must have misunderstood. More bullshit.
What the fuck is it with these people?
