I bought sliced fatty pork belly - now what?

I went shopping at a great Korean grocery store and bought tofu, kimchi, Asian cucumbers, Korean-style thin-sliced beef ribs and marinade . . . and sliced fatty pork belly. It looks just like bacon, only it’s raw and fresh rather than salted and smoked.

I bought it because it was beautifully meaty and lean even though it was streaked with fat stripes. What’ll I do with it?

Grill it over charcoal, serve it wrapped in lettuce leaves with thinly sliced green onions and some Korean chili sauce gochujang.
