I can't find my phone card.

For months, I’ve been keeping it by the computer.

It is not there.

It’s not in my purse. It’s not in any of my pockets. It’s not on the bookshelf. And Mr. Rilch says he hasn’t seen it.

It had almost 100 minutes left on it. Where the  is it?

Maybe it has officially expired. Maybe it was designed so that after a certain period of time it would disintegrate. Or maybe the dog’s callin’ 900 numbers again.

I have in my possession 6 unused calling cards at the moment. They keep giving em to me when I travel for work. Each of the phone cards has a hundred minutes on it. How much do they think I need to talk when traveling? Besides, I have like a gazillion rollover minutes on my cell phone and I tend to use it more while traveling. So, I got a couple to spare if you don’t find it Rilchiam.

Well, if you’re serious, thanks in advance!

I know it didn’t leave the house. Unless it fell into the wastebasket, in which case it left the house without my knowledge, since I emptied the trash yesterday. It’s also possible that I took it into the bedroom, but I don’t feel like tearing the bed apart right now. Other than that, I can’t think of any card-necesitating calls I’ve made in the past few days that took place outside this room.

Still haven’t found the card. However, I called my dad, and he retrieved the number from his call-ID. So I can still make calls.
