DPD are one of the best couriers round here. I had a delivery via them this morning, and mentioned that I had missed a delivery the other day and did he perhaps have it in his van? No, he didn’t but he said he would check with the depot and try to come back this afternoon. He duly did. Very well done and much appreciated. So I rang DPD to say so and the guy to whom I spoke at their call centre was thoroughly confused because instead of complaining, I was praising. He’d never received such a call before.
