My package from Amazon arrived today; 2nd day instead of the usual cheap way we paid for. Which means it passed through where I work. Which means I get to good-nature-dly bust the chops of whatever coworker had the low side of G lane yesterday. Not a bad deal at all!
$24 for three valves, and I bought various commonly used fittings for .29 instead of .75 to make up, as they planned, a $25.00 minimum order.

apartment is clean, and I walked Gordie 6 times today.
Just made dinner(poke chops with a que style marinade, sweet potato and a salad with red wine vinaigrette). Watching hockey and chillin’.

Yesterday, we went to the zoo, for the birthday. And we went to outback for din-din. It was fun. My son, who can be a bit rigid, started off the day with a list of animals, and woe betide anyone who fell behind. By the time we reached the baboons, he had mellowed. He just sat and watched, and then started telling stories about the troop. It was a nice day.
I figure we’ll celebrate our anniversary again when my son goes to college. 
Tomorrow Sunny-son starts a new school.
Congrats on both events; celebrated and delayed. And let the kid know (and I know I’m setting myself up with this one) that baboons are my favorite too.
