Pssst: you can’t repeal a bill. You can repeal a law, assuming you have either (a) a majority in favor of repeal plus no veto of repeal in the Executive Branch, or (b) a two-thirds supermajority in favor of repeal that can override a veto.
Which of those are you imagining you’ll get?
