I brush my teeth three times a day usually, and floss twice. The one time I forgot to brush, I had to go to the dentist the next day for a pain in my tooth. It was probably there for a while, but I had to get a cavity filled. Doh…
Give your breakfast habits from another thread, I think you should brush at every opportunity.

I didn’t brush my teeth OR wash my face before I crashed into post-coital bliss!
The beau and I got a little tipsy after the v-ball game last night (eating a tiny lunch and eating NO dinner can do that to you!) We got home, made some mac-n-cheese and kielbasa and then hit the sheets (well, first we hit the sofa, but I didn’t want to ruin the cushions since its new furniture that I haven’t even paid for yet!)
anyhoo, I was pretty much spent and could not muster up the energy to engage in my nightly ritual. However, I did get up around 4 am to pee, so I brushed at that time and drank a good amount of water, to boot! The face was washed in the shower at approximately 8:12 am.
(Ok, yes, NOW you know WWWAAAYYY too much about Voorvie)
