I’ve done some poking around, and this guy’s picture is being mocked all over the blogosphere. There’s been a claim that he’s blind and didn’t want to wear his sunglasses for the picture. But, jeez, isn’t it the photographer’s job to make sure you look decent-- especially if you are unable to see what you actually look like?

If it makes anyone feel better, after doing some poking around on the website, I’ve noticed that many of the other lawyers ain’t exactly normal looking, either. We’ve got Beaky Buzzard, male make up and the Adam’s Apple of Doom[sup]TM[/sup], Cubehead, there’s just something wrong with this guy, and the Stud Meister!

Reminds me one time when I was with a group of my fellow full-time volunteers and a guy taking our picture said “Say ‘money’!” Since money was the last thing on our minds, the expression on one girl’s face is pricelessly HRMMM?-y.
I noticed that too. Is it this firm, or could it be that regular lawyers aren’t -gasp- as attractive as the folks who play them on TV? (I think I have a crush on Beaky. He seems sweet.)

Since the entire Weird Earl link is usually something outlandish, parodishous, and filled with ludicricious goodness, I wanted to be sure I wasn’t missing a larger picture-- kind of like being amused with Homer’s crude shenanigans yet missing the oblique reference.
