I don't wanna grow up

But it looks like I am. I caught myself watching and enjoying an episode of “This Old House” about wall plastering. On a Saturday. With nice weather. With no errands to run. With 150 other channels on my TV.

What’s next? Am I going to start buying Bran Flakes for their wholesome goodness instead of Fruity Pebbles because of the cool 3D Betty hologram inside?

Are you eating prunes yet? Talk about wholesome goodness!

It’s never too late to have a happy childhood.

PS: You’re supposed to be getting plastered while watching;

“This Old Souse”

I prefer a little maturity as I age. I see enough people around who’ve obviously refused to get past Kindergarten in life. I prefer to think of myself as being in the HS Stage. :smiley:

I’ve not wanted to grow up for years and I’ve been fighting it tooth and nail for around 40 of them. Kids have a more simpler and better view of the world and a whole lot more energy. Now I look in the mirror and debate on plastic surgery and hair implants for those annoyingly increasing ‘thin’ spots. Liposuction just might get me back the trim slim waist I used to have that vanished sometime after I was dragged kicking and screaming past 30.

“I’m a Toys R Us kid.”

Being grown up and how old you may be are not the same thing.
If you feel young at heart, then you are.
Age is just a number. I sometimes forget how old I am, and have to remind myself that most grown ups are not older than I am, but just as old or younger.
Free your mind and the rest will follow. :slight_smile:

Anybody else note that the man who won’t grow up is 6’9"?

How high is up?

Does size matter?
