I feel like I'm forgetting something......

Have you ever left your house, gotten afew miles down the road and had this wierd feeling that you were forgetting something? Why can our brains be aware that we are forgetting something and yet not have a clue as to what it is?

You think that’s bad? I picked up my coffee cup and went to the kitchen for another cup. When I got to the kitchen, I had forgotten what I went there for. That is what I call a “brain fart”. :D:D Thank goodness, it only happens when I am feeling like the second half of my sig.

It happens to me all the time.
Did I turn the oven off, did I close the front door etc.
I have always done these things but I always go back to check.

The one that I really think is stupid of me is closing the front door and then going “s**t do I have my keys”.

Sweetheart, I spend my entire LIFE thinking I forgot something.

By the way, what am I doing here?

I think it could be because we are afraid of the possible consequences our forgetful actions might have, so we anticipate and therefore worry about it.

I am the world’s worst traveller since I have to have practically everything when going to a hotel for more than a night. When my unhusband pulled out a plunger when he was unpacking in Philadelphia he pitched a fit, but guess who had to use that same plunger to unplug the commode in the morning…hehehehehehehehe
