It’s a $50 travel voucher, because I complained about my return trip from Newark last week.
It just seems like complaints never really do any good. I sent a letter that dripped with sarcasm and venom, without being mean, and dang, it worked.
I was shocked when I read the e-mail this afternoon after work. Really shocked.
