A good week this week - what with finally properly subscribing to SDMB 
- and today some fantastic news…
I got a letter today from a university saying that following my interview a few weeks ago I have an unconditional place on the postgraduate diploma in counselling! I was so excited I gave myself a splitting headache(it’s better now).
The course is BACP(British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) accredited, which means it will be easier for me to join the BACP and gain individual accreditation when I qualify after two years. I can’t believe I will be able to practice in two years time!
This is subject to me rustling up the cash, but I wondered if anybody here has done this sort of thing before and has any top tips?
