I love Salsa. There’s a great show every Saturday and Sunday, on KXLU (88.9) out of Loyola Marymount called Alma del Barrio - “the grandaddy of all latin programs in Los Angeles”. They also play some Merengue, Cumbia, occasionally some Mambo; it’s Afro-Cuban heavy.
I didn’t mind Salsa. The Victoria Salsa ('94 - '06) of the BC Hockey League, that is, but damn the Victoria Salmon Kings ('04 - '18) of the East Coast Hockey League - ok, now there’s a team name.
