Somehow I ended up with 2 cans of clams. What is a fairly simple recipe I can make with them? Any suggestions?
Season some flour, dredge the clams in it, and fry them in oil. Eat with Tabasco or Crystal.
Sautee, and toss with pasta.
Two canned clams? Is that one clam per can?
I drain a can and add to (canned) clam chowder to clam it up, add a pat of butter. Improves it dramatically.
A really “simple recipe” is to add them to a salad.
