I got my hair cut yesterday. I always get the same cut. Short on the sides, blend in the top.
The young woman did well on the short on the sides, but the top is not well blended. It sorta looks like I have a mohawk, but I still have some hair on the sides.
Oh well, I guess hair grows back.
Now I’m curious. Pictures?

As someone wisely told me once, the difference between a good haircut and a bad haircut is about two weeks.
I have a barter arrangement with my “stylist”. She cuts my hair, I fix her dinner. I’ve never had a bad haircut, she’s never gotten food poisoning.
I think faux hawks are sexy.

I think they are silly, except on little kids. Commit to an edgy hairstyle, or don’t- there is no try!
You understand that I was *going *for this look, don’t you?
I’m a middle aged man, silly is definitely one word for the look.

Naw, it definitely sounds unintentional. But funny.
Now, go practice your “Whoa, dude!”
faux hawk is much, much better than that pony hawk thing seen on american idol.
Does it make you look faux mosexual?

I thought this was gonna be about Khadaji ’s canary’s Halloween costume.

Eh, I’m 40 and have a real mohawk. Finish the job man!
Hell, I’m growing mine from scratch. Started with a shaved head, haven’t shaved the middle in nearly two months.

I’m growing a Moses-hawk. I’m growing a mohawk, except that it parts around my bald spot.*
*This is a total lie.

A few weeks ago, I had friends over for a pool party. The daughter of one of my friends took her father’s wet hair and made a “faux hawk”. I’d never heard the term before and thought she made it up. I laughed about it the rest of the night. I guess she’s not as brilliant as I thought she was.
Now, what he’s describing is what I would have called a ‘Pony Hawk’. Or did the sides need to be completly shaved in your circles to qualify?
Khadaji , don’t forget to grow a little rat’s tail down the back of your neck.
De riguer for that style. (Well, was in the 80’s)
