I have tried nearly everything but I am still getting "NAT error" response in Azureus

I don’t know what is wrong. A few days ago all of connections were green and happy; today they are yellow and full of angst.

Whenever I test a port it fails and I am told it is because of a “NAT error”. I don’t know what has changed, but I have tried everything I could think of to get Azureus working again. I re-did all of the port forwarding. I tried various different ports. I re-installed Azureus, my network drivers, my router drivers, my entire LAN setup, Java, etc. I have tried port triggering, UPnP and setting up a DMZ server. I have tried enabling and disabling several different background processes and Windows Services. I probably tried half a dozen other things, but it is now 4:00 am and after nearly 24 hours straight of troubleshooting I am ready to give up and go to bed.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I am at my wits end!

Are you using the default port 6881 all the time or have you tried changing it? If so, what range did you try?

HAve you adjusted the upnp settings in Azureus and/or your router firewall ?

I have tried a variety of ports.

UNpN will not map for some reason.

Well, it seems to be working now with bot UPnP and port triggering turned on. Damned if I know why as I did try that before.

Thanks for the help.
