I heard something interesting on the radio the other day.

I was listening to Team1040 (Vancouver). Their traffic report usually ends her reports by saying: “I’m Andrea Klein, Team 1040 traffic and weather.”, but on this one occasion she instead said:

“I’m Andrea Klein, Tea … heeheeheehee! heeheehee! What is it? Hahahaha! heeheehee! Stop! Heeheehee Stop it! Hahahaha! Heeheeheeheehee CLICK

Anyway, I thought that was an interesting thing for her to have said. Okay, you can go back to what you were doing now.

Maybe the pilots were having a tickle fight and included her? ::shrugs::

I recommend this site for some wild radio news bloopers.

We in the business do enjoy trying to screw each other up. Perhaps its not the most professional thing, (its not done all the time) but it helps keep us focused and able to remain composed no matter whats going on. Its also fun as hell to “get” someone and then be able to mock them about it unceasingly. Sounds like she was gotten.

I was a college radio dj. Pranks were very common. After a while you get really good. I was talking one time and got flashed by a very beautiful co-worker. Didn’t miss a beat.
