I ride the NYC subway daily. You’d be surprised how quickly one learns to filter wanton displays of unappealing flesh, but still focus on the more aesthetic sights.

Ok, according to that article, you can report indoor nudity to the police, but you can also go to jail for being a peeping tom. How do they tell the difference? How do they know that someone wasn’t sitting outside in the bushes for hours, watching a naked someone, then when someone else walked by, for fear of being caught as a peeping tom, they jump up and say HEY THAT PERSON IS NAKED IN THERE!!? That’s giving the peepers an easy way out, in saying that they were just looking for naked people…ok that didn’t make sense…Peeping toms would get off the hook by saying that the person they were looking at is naked…aw hell…forget it.

The article doesn’t mention any loopholes in the law, so all nudity is banned? Must everyone be clothed to bathe? Whilst engaging in copulatory relations? Inquiring minds want to know!
How the hell is this going to be enforced? Does everybody who takes a shower get fined?
