I just ate a bad breakfast

I need to eat more eggs, then… I rarely eat much in the mornings, but do make an effort.

Breakfast for today hasn’t been consumed yet, but I figure it’ll be hot soup of some sort and a sandwich. (I’m sick, y’know…)

Hmmm…do sunflower seeds have protein? That was breakfast today - handful of those and coffee. No mountain dew today.

And actually, it’s not Mountin Dew, it’s Sam’s Choice imitation, which has the same effect and costs a gajillion cents less per can.

I never used to eat breakfast, until I discovered that the cafeteria in my dorm has really good omelets in the morning. Now I eat eggs and sausage every morning.

One word - muffins. I love muffins. Take an hour over the weekend and make a batch - if you have a freezer, stick a bunch in there. You can get a good variety of muffins if you make them every week or two, and keep the leftovers in the freezer. Right now I have snickerdoodle & spiced apple muffins in the freezer. They may be just as calorie high as poptarts, but I control what goes in them (no partially hydrogenated oils! I can make muffins with chocolate chips and raisins! Whatever I want!).

Muffins - they’re good stuff.

Hah.

Hey swampbear, you know I’m a guy, right?

I seldom have breakfast, but I do like the full English breakfast of sausages, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, baked beans, fried bread, and mushrooms. And tea with milk and sugar. Yum!

Roaled oats water a little salt microwave porridge, add brown sugar to taste. Anything else is for wusses.
