Click on my name, click on ‘Activity’, click on ‘Download All’:
You get a message saying the package will be prepared… took a minute or so… then you download a .zip file containing 2 csv’s. I had an easier time opening them in Google Sheets than my phone’s Excel app, fyi. The bigger csv file contains your posts.

This is a great resource and, frankly, a relief as I assumed all these were relatively inaccessible. But now I have all 24.9k of my posts going back to 2001 - thanks!
