I was going to say something smart-ass about us wasting all our good advice on a non-event but there was no way it could be funny. (Except for the fact that the odds of it actually being good advice were pretty slim.)
So instead let me add my congratulations and thanks to God for Mom’s recovery!

Suddenly, everything is different, better. In one moment, with one phone call, my whole life has changed. I suddenly feel like anything is possible. I feel very alive.
