How come my signature isn’t showing up? Do I have to have a specific post count for that? And how about avatars? How long do I have to wait before I can use the avatar feature?

well, that’s one question asked and answered. About the other ones:
I’d guess your signature isn’t showing up because you didn’t tick the box to add it when you made the post.
Also, the board doesn’t have avatars. At all. None.
Many people don’t like them, and so far there’s been enough objection to keep them away.

Just a suggestion, you might want to mellow out the size and garish color scheme on your sig if you plan on showing it often.
