SDMB is a great message board, with the most amazing and intelligent posters. Problem is thats kind of intimidating in and of itself sometimes. Doesnt lessen the wonderfullness of the place, but it doesnt exactly leave it newbie friendly either.

I agree with the OP. Its hard for me to describe to other people how great and useful this board is for me. They give me weird looks like I’m spending time talking about how R0XX0R things are.
