No, not Tim, though I think that’ll get a few people to look. Mr. Rilch bought the new Homer Simpson action figure today, so he’s not really my Homer. Bart will be mine, though. He comes with a remote, a can of Duff beer, a donut with a bite out of it, and a bag of Salty Snax. He’s standing by the computer right now, grinning like the fool he is. This is one of the set of Simpsons figures that you put into an “environment”, like the living room, the power plant, or the Kwik-E-Mart, and then press a button to make them talk. A few paychecks from now, Mr. Rilch and I will go halves on an environment; probably the living room.

I love Homer!

WHAT!!! Why havent I heard of this?? I MUST HAVE!!! Where did he get him??? I need that to go with my homerhead slippers and my homer pez dispenser! please tell me… anyone have a link to pics??

Okay, so I log on, and I always go to the end of the orange folders and read up from there.

When I get back o the first page, I happen to scroll up and see this. Now, I can’t read out of order, so the whole time it’s killing me, this sitting here, taunting me. Saying my name… Hoooomer! hOOOOmeeeer! Hoooooooooooooommmmmmmeeer!

Then, I finally reach the top. My fingers frozen in anticipation, cold sweat rolling off my forehead, a single eyelid slowly twitching, twitching, twitching. It’s killing me, the wait. It’s so intense.

Finally, my finger moves. It quickly flicks across the keyboard, landing on the mouse, deftly sliding the mouse over the title, and in one solid motion, clicking on the thread.

I hold my breath as the page slowly loads (curse you, mere 56k modem!).

After what seems like an eternity, the text appears before my drying eyes. And I see this.

Okay, so maybe I embellished a bit. But that’s how I saw it.

That said and done, WHERE CAN I GET ONE OF THESE!? That’s damn cool!

Course, I’ll have to hold off until after I get my 18" tall resin Superman statue.

We first saw him at Kay-Bee Toys, although he was ultimately purchased at Target for less than KB’s price.

Boy, talk about being SNEAKY!! I came in here thinking it was OUR Homer you were talking about, not the cartoonish character!
