Very nice setup! Did you use software to do it? I am a fundamentalist when it comes to websites but I really like your setup.
I would include more on the front page, like any upcoming dates or events or a small note as to what you guys are working on/preparing for.

I started with a very basic template in flash, and then custom made it from there, using MX. Didn’t take much. I like websites that use features like flash, but I hate waiting for them to load, so I don’t do so much that the user has to wait for five minutes to see whats there.
I will definitely be adding more stuff in the future, like easier image navigation, etc.

The “photos” section could use a facelift, such as thumbnails and perhaps some witty captions.
