I truly had a great time. When you don’t get home until 5 AM, you musta had some fun.
Makes me realize how much I value intelligent people, something I miss a bit in my retail job.

The conversation was wonderful. An Gadaí, I hope you pulled out from the haul a Maria Theresa Thaler, I’ve always wanted one of those.
It was a close call but I managed to keep my geek standing at #1. It was neck and neck between myself and Elmwood, but he brought a girl, and that was what put me over the top! That and my phaser.
I got to bed at 3:30 am, then it was up at 7:00 am to teach Sunday school :eek:
Such a lovely morning, too. I stood outside in the brisk morning air admiring the sunrise. I was walking on the… what do you call it, that piece of property that has grass… you know, the rectangular patch of lawn between the sidewalk and the street, damn, I know there’s got to be a word for it…

Monday night (tonight) is the night mentioned…I’ll be stopping by there after work to check it out, if anyone else wants to stop by…I’ll be there by eight. The Pub, on Detroit Rd, in Rocky River. Can’t call them to check on the time for the quiz until after 3pm, though, and their Happy Hour is from 3-7, so I hope I don’t miss the whole thing…I’ll call BMalion after three with the exact time of the quiz, and maybe he can update this…and yes, I know I didn’t get the pictures posted, but I have a good excuse that involves blood, mayhem and explosions…
I have a co-worker who is friends with 2 of the barmaids, she will let me know if it’s trvia-night. I can be there around 6 pm. So, since there’s two of us I together in the name of Cecil, I guess it’s on!

I’m uploading the pictures right now, but so far only 8% done, and it’s been running for a while…I think the expected finish time is somewhat after the end of my expected life span, or at least after the time I need to leave for work, so I’m going to leave it to hum along on its own, and finish up tonight. We’ve been posting responses in both threads, which confuses me a bit…but it’s also my fault, so I will state right now…look in this thread for the link! And AnGadai…sorry, thought you guys were already married…guess I misunderstood the “missus” and “better half” comments! Just my romantic brain leaping to conclusions!
