I named my iPod "The Titanic"

That way, every time I plug it into my computer, I get a message that says “The Titanic is synching.”

rimshot

Heh heh heh. Good one. Well, not really “good,” per se:slight_smile:

I laughed. I may have had too much coffee this morning.

I call mine the TARDIS because it’s bigger on the inside.

I suppose your iPod is set to play “Nearer, My God, to Thee” as the Titanic synchs?

That amused me.

Ah, but does it have Songe d´ Autoumne at the end of the playlist?

If I could afford an iPhone, I would name it Ziggy. That way anytime someone asked me something (directions, IMDB type stuff or anything) and I looked it up, I could say “Ziggy says…”

My god I dont mean to jump your case but my sister did the same thing (she named hers the boat, though) and thinks that it is probably the funniest thing shes ever done. She makes a point to tell everyone about it, and I just dont find it that funny. It’s worth a smile, OK, but its not as great as she makes it out to be.

Just had to vent. I like yours better anyway.

sigh Ooh boy…

Maybe you should get this skin for it…

That’s awesome!

My Ipod is named Nostradamus Jr.

You can interpret that anyway you want.

The pun police are on their way. Please comply quietly.

please do not Punish us!

I loled.

I like to name my wireless networks things like “Nature.” That way, every time I start up, the computer says “You are connected to Nature.”

It’s not at all ironic to need a computer to tell me that.

This is genius. Any future iPod will be named in a similar way.

The current one is named Jenny. (Of 867-5309 fame)

Well, I don;t have anything as fancy as an IPod. I did get a ST:TNG action figure recently, though. It’s the Captain, and it’s no ordinary action figure. Why just this morning, I slipped in the shower, and the action figure came running in to help me up.

Yup, I was hoisted by my own Picard.

This isn’t that clever, but as long as we’re sharing…

I have a silver ipod nano - the 4gigabyte fourth generation that apple doesn’t really acknowledge, it was only sold for a brief period in ‘overseas markets’ like Canada.

I named it: nano nano
