Crap! I certainly didn’t mean too, but apparently I didn’t pay enough attention to what I was doing. Probably because I spun it off the Texas Judge Abortion thread (where we were learning just how much the judge there was cherry picked AND misrepresented his own past) which was in MPSIMS.
As I stated in the thread, it was a child of multiple such examples of our Criminal justice system. Well, no one else is really using it, or I’d consider asking the mods to move it.
Apparently I owe a genie or something, since this came less than an hour after my earlier earnest hope the mods dumped him for being a bag of trouble (and dicks).
If it matters, I have no problem with this thread being closed. One titular poster is banned, the other seems to have disappeared. And the original purpose of the thread (to call out any disingenuous bigot) has long since been overwhelmed by these two.
I just wanted to mention that Demontree has been back for a while, being themselves but not to the level of Pit mentions, but their support in the already Troll-Bait thread “Why is racial grouping of diverse ethnicities with different backgrounds still considered acceptable?” is pretty typical of them. Lots of Brexit maybe, just a bit was about racist issues, but they weren’t really racist, because it’s different in Europe.
So, yeah, Demontree at their finest.
I get the feeling they’re steadily increasing their participation since they came back in July of 2023 after a 4-5 month hiatus of posting. And they seem to have been less strident than in the heyday of this thread, but the posting in the thread I mentioned above seems more like the Demontree I expected.
DemonTree’s an old-school Little Englander racist. I can well believe she didn’t know a lot of racist slurs before. Well, didn’t know they were slurs, at any rate.
After my posting of ‘The Major explains the races’ from Faulty Towers in the Is it Time to Tone Down the Wokeness, Especially about the Past? thread she responded thusly, “I thought ‘wog’ was Italian?”
In Australia, wog mostly refers to people from the Mediterranean region and to Australians from the Mediterranean region. This includes Southern European, Southeast European or Middle Eastern ethnicity, descent, and appearance, such as Italians, Greeks and Lebanese.
