I pit DrDeth

Probably not the first time.

We could pivot to an analysis of Tom Sawyer.

Okay, then carry on.

Beat me to it.

Huckleberry Finn is better.

I’m also not saying that it happens even remotely on a regular basis, but here is a NY Times article about 2 different sets of parents who took photos of their kid’s doodads solely because of genuine medical concerns (all documented by their pediatricians) and once Google’s servers detected the photos, not only did the company disable their respective accounts, but it also contacted the local authorities. The cases were both closed because the local police departments understood what had happened, but they were still officially investigated and who knows where it could have lead. At least one of the parents had his search history, location history, messages and all other photos, videos and documents he stored with Google sent to the police.

We know where it lead:

So DD’s “99 counts and decades in prison” continues to be bullshit.

And also, the most terrible riff on “99 Problems” I’ve ever heard.

And the “plead out with no jail time and have to register.” part too.

I got 99 problems but DD ain’t one. (Since he’s on ignore for me now.)

How’s that one?

That has good flow

But we don’t know where it could have lead.

Argh! It’s led! Led! LED!
Get the lead out of your brains!

The pun is that a dirigible is literally a led zeppelin.

Could have, should have. would have…

Knowing one place it did lead is knowing where it could have led. Because it did.

Thanks for the correction. But why are you then yelling about diodes?

Knowing one place it did lead is knowing one place where it could have led

So when the question is “who knows where it could have lead[sic]” the answer “We know” is completely accurate.

Or, in other words, you can fuck off now.

No.
Anyway, i’m going to fuck off now.
Bye’

Someone uploaded naked pictures of a child to the Internet, the hosting service reported it, the owners were investigated and cleared of wrongdoing.

This sounds like a “working as intended” situation.

Well, that pun went over like a
…like a…

I dunno, something that doesn’t go over very well.
