Why do I get called an “angry little fuck” for suggesting to drop bombs on the military targets (and here I am identifying them: military targets! Not centers of population! Especially when, in the next sentence, you talk about bulldozing every “stinkin’ hovel” in the occupied territories.
The fact that you come into this thread on the following day and claim that you really only meant military targets is irrelevant. And it’s irrelevant for a couple of reasons. Firstly, we can only draw conclusions based on what you actually write, and during the period where you offered no clarification of your targets, it was perfectly logical to conclude that you meant all of Iran and all of Suadi Arabia.
Now, you claim that you only meant military targets. Here’s the second reason why this is now irrelevant: i don’t believe you. In fact, i’m calling you a liar, right now, and to your face. If you had come in early on in this thread and said “Whoops, sorry about that, i didn’t mean to imply that we should exterminate the whole population of those countries,” then people probably would have given you a pass. b) Dopers have problems with reading comprehension and fail to understand that “bomb Iran” is an idiom which really means “bomb some military targets within the Iranian borders with minimal loss of civilian life as part of an aggressive genoci… oh, sorry, military policy against randomly selected Islamic states.”
