i’m frelling pissed, one of my fellow Moyans has been stealing from Moya’s stores, Rygel has, over the course of 1.5 cycles, stole a large number of food cubes, crackers and other cargo, he did it subtly, no one suspected the little frellnik of being a snurcher, until he hovered into Crichton’s quarters and nicked off with one of Moya’s control circuits, in plain sight of everyone, claiming that “Moya said it was okay to”

we caught the little frellnik red handed, all told, he’s stolen, by a conservative estimate 40,000 currency pledges worth of cargo, routing it to his fellow Hynerians, we can get some of it back, but a good percentage of things, the shiniest, prettiest and most expensive stuff is gone, unrecoverable

what makes it even more annoying is that Pilot isn’t going to press charges, because he doesn’t want to disrupt Rygel’s family (wife and child), rygel has been kicked off Moya, and will not return, he’ll be taken to Nebari Prime for mental cleansing and therapy, and he’ll have to pay us for the stuff he snurched, we won’t get back the full amount, but it’s not a total loss

maybe i’m too conservative here, but if i was Pilot, i’d be hauling his little green ass to Peacekeeper high command and pressing criminal charges against him. hopefully he’d be incarcerated for a long, long time (i hope he gets Durka as a jailer), maybe have Scorpy take him for a spin in the Aurora Chair.

i don’t frelling care that it would “disrupt his family”, it’s not MY fault he took up snurching, it was a voluntary decision on his part, and he has to face the consequences, however unpleasant they may be, i’d get so many Litigarans on his eema that he wouldn’t be able to do anything

i wish Pilot would grow a pair of mivonks and do what needed to be done, there is no excuse for snurching, especially not from your own Leviathan

he better not come anywhere near me, i have my Qualta blade ready, and i’d be sorely tempted to use it, just to maim, nothing permanent…

Coworker steals $40,000 worth of stuff, is fired, will pay back the company for most of it, but won’t get arrested and go to jail, throwing his family into a tizzy.

IMO managing out of fear is a terrible idea. If the company has employees whose only reason for not stealing is that they might go to jail, they hired the wrong people, and should fire their HR person.

At least that’s normal. I would seriously consider naming a daughter Chiana. And the rest of my hypothetical children would have obscure Star Wars-related names.

Actually, I’d love a Zhaan, but I think mr. avabeth would have a fit. Something tells me Wynona’s out, too. But heck, with all of the Briannas and Kaitlyns and Brittanys out there, Chiana fits right in - it’s a bit prettier, if you ask me!

Although, Claudia’s made the short list of names for future girls. I just won’t tell mr. avabeth that it’s a Farscape name - he’ll roll his eyes at me and nix it ASAP:).

Pilot’s the only one that wants to do the “socially responsible” thing, in my opinion, the “socially responsible” solution is a bunch of dren, and 95% of the crew wants him in shackles on a Peacekeeper prison colony

Nah, too stupid and/or obscure to live. Shouldn’t have moved it in the first place.*
