Geeze, I thought this thread had died a natural death!
First, ivylass, unfortunately it wasn’t quite as dramatic as that. I’ve been thinking about quitting for awhile now, and had a really bad weekend last weekend when I couldn’t think about anything else besides how much I hated this job, then when I got to work on Monday, I found out that our supervisor had told a co-worker that we all needed to quit complaining or quit. Since I had pretty much made up my mind already, that was just enough impetus to finish off my decision. Everyone I’ve talked to so far has been very surprised and very supportive of my decision to leave. Someone even said that the good ones always quit and go find better jobs. {blush}
As for which company it is, it’s the home healthcare division of Shoppers Drug Mart. Some of you Canadians may recognize it. 
(For you Americans in the crowd, it’s the Canadian equivalent of…some huge American drugstore chain that has a store on every corner.)
