Here is the OP (good job I habitually copy a post before I send it)

I just did a search for users on ICQ. My criteria was UK, 18-21, Female.
every single user the search turned up was asian!

I checked their locations in the profile, and they were all UK based, so it wasn’t a case of ICQ mistaking ‘UK’ for ‘china/tailand/Japan’.

But it must be ICQ’s fault somehow. There can’t be such a majority of oriental UK females on ICQ.
