My friend smelled doo-doo the other day, and it turns out someone from the previous night’s party changed a baby a few times and left the diapers in his bathroom wastebasket. Eeeww.
That would be in the butt, Bob.

Had any Thai food with fish sauce? At least, that’s what my husband told me last night when I made him a nice Thai-style chicken with basil: “I smelled something funny at first; it smelled like poop. But after a little salt and soy sauce it smelled fine, and tasted great.”
:smack: Mind you, he absolutely devoured it and wanted seconds, but that’s not a nice compliment to give your wife on their cooking! Thai fish sauce has an odd aroma, but it’s definitely “fishy” combined with “aged” - and that would have been a better thing to say if he’d had to be descriptive about it. 
The other day I got out of my car and the smell of poop just hit. I thought I may have accidently stepped on some getting out of my vehicle so I checked my shoes. Nope, no poop there. Then I thought I may have ran over some poop so I checked my tires. Nope, no poop there. The I checked around the car to make sure I don’t accidently step on it on the way back. No poop anywhere. Never did figure out where the smell was coming from.
It’s not your butt? How about your underoos? Did you rim someone and not wash up afterwards? I could go on but it will just go farther downhill from there.
Have you checked your upper lip?

Sometimes that cedar mulch they put in flower beds in the springtime smells like doo doo to me. Anybody been gardening?
I tried Thai food ONCE, and I think that is the reason why. It smelled like doo-doo to me, specifically baby doo-doo.
The doo-doo smell appears to have passed in the night.
