How did I miss this movie in the theatres.
This had to be the funniest movie I’ve seen in a looooonnng time.
Super Troopers, I shall own you on DVD.
Too bad Dean didn’t take these guys on the campain trail. He’d be president by now.
Yep, far too funny a movie. I saw the shenanigans clip and payed £15 for the DVD on the strength of that. Brian Cox is fucking brilliant, especially hen he attacks the other sheriffs house drunk.

When this movie was in the theaters, I thought it was far too dumb to spend my money on. Finally, I rented it when it came out, and a couple of my friends came over to watch it, all complaining about how stupid it was going to be, and how it was going to be a waste of our “valuable” time.
Ten minutes in, after the whole scene with the kids in the car, when the title finally came up on the screen, my friend Meg paused the movie, caught her breath, wiped tears of laughter from her eyes, and said “If the movie ended right there, it would be totally worth it.” None of us could disagree.
My personal favorite moment is right at the end, when the two kids in riot gear face off against each other. I don’t know why, but it cracks me up every time.
Recently, I saw an ad in a theater for Broken Lizard’s second film, Club Dread. I don’t care what it is or what it’s about, I will happily spend my money on it!
And here we go (meow): Club Dread. A serial killer at a swingers resort? I am so (meow) there.

By the way, what’s the name of that restaurant? The one you like with all the crap on the walls? 
Hmmm. I thought it was ok. Maybe I’ll give it another go someday.
