You know, a couple years ago I think I would have argued that Scalia was an intelligent but morally reprehensible man, and yet not a troll. But after the whole “don’t obligate yourself to that” there’s just no way he’s NOT a troll.

Really Justice Scalia? Don’t obligate ourselves to treating people for life threatening conditions in the ER without making sure they can pay for everything ahead of time? REALLY? That’s a troll statement right there. There is absolutely no defense for it.

Maddow was in the Supreme Court for the Voting Rights Act debate, and saw his face as he said it and concluded that he was a troll “He’s like that guy responding to your blog using the n-word.”

No, what is worst is that he is a troll…with power. In Straight Dope terms, he’s a ModTroll, and the banhammer would have crashed down on him long ago.

Kind of sad that a discussion board on the Internet has higher standards of behavior than the highest court in the land.
