How about Pauly Shore? I’d vote for anyone you wanted me to if it gets rid of Pauly Shore. But he has to take all copies of his movies with him.
Well I don’t really care about his ideas on the presidential election but talk about a low point in his career. Starring in “Thomas and the Magic Railroad”? Need I say more than “ouch”? Thats a reason to not like him.
Hmmm… Bush had been my second-to-last choice up until now (Buchanan being last, btw), but this has gotten me to reconsider.
George wins, Alec leaves, huh? Tell you what, toss in David Spade and a Culkin of your choice, and you’ve got my vote.
Not that leaving the country makes that much of a difference. Heck, I left the US five years ago and they still let me vote! What a country!
–sublight. Formerly Democrat, strongly considering Libertarian this year.
Hey, Alec! Don’t let the door hit yer keister on the way out.
Kripes! Of all the idiotic… As if we didn’t survive 12 years of Reagan/Bush. He thinks Dubya is gonna try something Daddy and Bonzo hadn’t thought of?
It’s a transparent ploy to grab some headlines and maybe inject some life into anemic career. I’m a democrat, but if I hear much more of that ‘Hollywood had better tone down the violence’ tripe, I might just write in a vote for Jesse Ventura.
But you won’t get rid of him that easily…

(He didn’t say it.)
It’s just as well, his mutant-sized enormous head wouldn’t fit on a plane or boat anyway.
And this is the Baldwin brother people think should run for office?
Puhleeeze.
Actually, the statement was by Robert Altman, speaking at the Toronto Film Festival. He said he would move to France, which in my opinion shows excerable taste in political systems. See the whole news story from Reuters here:
