I’ve alerted the mods to your request, but I’d also recommend you consider removing it from your profile altogether. Granted, it isn’t a lot of information, but it is probably more than you really want just laying around for anyone to access.
Wow, that was close! People might be able to stalk you and do you lots of harm knowing what general occupation you do, what you look like and what big, huge city you reside in, what with the hundreds of thousands of people in that umentioned city, it would be soooo easy to find you and cause you lots of harm or whatever. I mean, gotta have that privacy, and information like names or whatnot. Information like Classic Card Games you like to play right or something cannot be accessed with the information in your screen name. Geez louise people, are we so freaking paranoid that a few general pieces of information about a person is such a big deal?
It’s conceivably enough information for a person to get more personal info than I would be willing to hand out online to absolutely anyone who happens across it. So unless you’re willing to give me your name, age, phone number and home address, as well as to every person on the SDMB that you may have pissed off at one point or another, I don’t think it’s fair to say that it’s paranoia.

I think to say it is fair. IIRC, his profile didn’t have his last name, just his first. Secondly, if my memory serves me correctly, he lives in a city that is huge, KC size or bigger. Thirdly, it is just as easy to get all that information from his email address, which he has no problem whatsoever in listing.
Now, if his profile had his full name, address, phone number and time schedule or whatever, I would agree that it isn’t personal information. Yahoo profiles doesn’t go into that sort of detailed information though, and that is what his link was.
