I’ve been worrying that I was taken too seriously in my response to jay-c. I was just reminded of Caddy Shack when Judge Smails (sp?) says, “I’m no slouch myself,” and Ty says “Don’t sell yourself short. You’re a tremendous slouch.”
I, for one, didn’t take it seriously. However, upon re-reading what you’ve just written, I’m questioning which part of your original response was not meant to be taken seriously - the comment about how long it would take a picture of me to clean out a rodent infestation, or the “you’re lovely” part. :dubious:
The door behind you just baffles me. It looks like a closet, but… It looks maybe 2 inches deep. Oh, and it looks like you’re coming out of it (which must be especially difficult if it’s two inches deep.)
It’s the foyer in my house. There are stairs leading up to the room I was in from there, which is why you see nothing on the wall behind me. I guess the camera flash causes the illusion that it’s two inches deep - it’s actually more like fifteen.
Cisco, I remember seeing that old picture before. You were hot then and you’re hotter now. Only a *little * scary, and it’s outweighed by your attractiveness.
(I posted this in the Unofficial SD Members Picture Pages thread. Nobody posted after that, so I’m not sure that anybody has actually read it.)
I, being somewhat out of shape and out of my mind, do here in give consent for any picture or video of me to be displayed on the internet, provided that the following conditions are met-
The photo was taken with my knowledge and consent (No ambush photographs)
The photograph could reasonably be described as having turned out well, or that I look reasonably good in it (No photos capturing that special moment when a strong wind made it look like I haven’t combed my hair in years)
Several Dopers have a photograph of me in a hooded cloak. The cloak has been arranged so that I was completely covered from head to toe, and no part of my body is visible- except for one (I think that’s clear enough). If you have a copy of this, please do not publish or distribute it. I was drunk at the time.
Which is why the lighting is all wrong. The folds of the cloak are screwed up and don’t lead the eye to the central focus of the picture. But draw it away (I really should have had somebody else drape it and use pins to hold it in the proper lines). The dpi is far too low. And the make up on the exposed skin- well, what was I thinking with that?
