If I call the cops due to noisy neighbors/drunken parties in the street, the cops tell me that, since it is in an apartment complex, there’s nothing they can do short of an outbreak of violence. They tell me to report it to the property manager/complex management.
The property manager and her reps. tell me to call the police, and get it documented. Otherwise there’s nothing they can do.
My lease is up in March. I’m outta there.
