In my neck of the woods ( NW Tennessee, 30 years ago) a proper suicide had to have every drink available in the machine. The risk of weird flavors is why it had a sense of danger, and that name.

And a splash of lemon or lime juice is delicious in a Coca-Cola or a tea, sweet or unsweet.

Apu:
Such a beer does not exist, sir. I think you must have dreamed it.

Homer:
Oh. Well, then just give me a six-pack and a couple of bags of Skittles

Gotta try that sometime. I think I have some Yuengling downstairs. I just need to get me some Skittles.

didn’t know that, but that’s me! I pray they start selling it in stores, but after years they still don’t sell the Taco Bell MD Baja Blast anywhere else, so I’m not too hopeful.

I remember as a child inventing a drink that involved mixing different pop varieties at random when I went to a restaurant. I think I named it a “homicide”.

That’s still one of my simpler joys in life. There’s a 7-11 near our house that sells 99c Humungo-Gulps.

“ON SALE! 64oz of ‘Sparkling’ Beverage for well, a little over a buck (with tax)”…

though it’s always on sale…
