Undoubtedly. However my read of the OP is having the character actually introduce themselves by name and I’m limiting my submissions to that; clearly many other posters are reading it differently and I’ve enjoyed their submissions as well. So maybe also:
“Gandalf the Grey? That was my name. I am Gandalf the White and I come back to you now, at the turn of the tide.”
“Eric Stratton, Rush Chairman, damn glad to meet you.”
