ID this music video

I’ve seen a music video taking place inside a pet store. The guy working there comes in for work, feeds some animals, and starts singing and dancing to the song. His clothes change into an Elvis-esque pastel tuxedo, and at the end of the video he kind of slides across the floor, ending up lying on his side, at which point his clothes change back and the song ends. He gets up and gets on with work.

That’s all I can remember, that and the fact that I liked the song. No idea of the name of the artist or the name of the song. The song is kind of upbeat, but that’s all the clues I can give.

Anybody know what I’m talking about?

It sounds like a Jason Mraz video. I can’t remember the name of the song, though.

“You and I Both” by Jason Mraz.

I believe the video for “You and I Both” takes place in a bank, where Jason’s love note to a teller is mistaken for a hold-up note.

You and I Both isn’t it. Any other suggestions?

Need some more information. Is it a recent video? 80’s? heavy metal? pop? simple video or one with a big production budget? What does the lead singer look like?

D.

I believe it’s a recent video as I’ve seen it a couple of times on TV recently and never before. It appears to have a low budget (rent a pet store, get a bright tuxedo, insert some lighting, and you’re all set). The singer is kinda average-looking, which makes him pretty ugly for a singer, and somewhat pudgy. He has longish brown hair. There are no other people in the video, unless you count gerbils and the like.

I’m giving this a little desperate bump.
