This is a question for the Americans…

Who is that camp workout video guy that goes through his routines to the “Macho man” song?

He is fairly small built, I think he has long hair, and he was once featured in robotic form in an episode of The Simpsons. (Instead of release the hounds, Mr Burns said something like “release the robotic…” and he came out dancing before exploding.)
