I only have a single character to go by; the number 4
It’s almost as wide as it is tall and is closed at the top. The diagonal line is about half the weight of the vertical and horizontal lines. Pointed at the top and left (i.e. not cut off square). The bottom of the vertical line has a serif that extends noticeably further to the right than it does the left. There are no other serifs.
I’ve managed to identify the font for the word ‘famine’ - it’s called Channel Tuning
‘Fame’ looks like Arial MT or Arial Black - these will be close enough for what I have to do*
Just the ‘4’ to identify
*I have to recreate this logo as a floating graphic, to overlay on the corner of some video footage I’m creating. It’s going to be much easier to do this if I can identify the font - in fact one of the tools I have in mind to use can’t apply the effect I want to hand-drawn graphics.
Thanks for that; it didn’t work, but it’s an interesting tool.
I wonder if maybe the artist who painted it (it is a painted banner) just modified the serif on the foot of the 4… the other text (especially the effect on the ‘famine’ font) has been quite faithfully reproduced, but maybe the 4 is just made up.

There are also variations within font types (particularly numbers).
The Andale Mono font type I have on my computer has a dot in the middle of the zero. Other variations of this font do not. That’s something to consider about that difference in the 4.

When is there going to be some standardization with all this high-tech crap?
